CULINARY SERVICES
Dhevatara Beach Hotel will offer the following culinary services:
The Beach Bar, located adjacent to the beach, will serve international snacks and drinks throughout the day.
The Restaurant (seating capacity 50 pax) will serve breakfast, and this will cater to Continental, Creole and Asian tastes.
In true Colonial and Creole tradition also following in the footsteps of Anna, Seventh Duchess of Bedford - credited for introducing the Afternoon Tea to England in the 1800s - we serve savories, scones and pastries in the lounge during the late afternoon.
Dinner will be served in the Restaurant and on selected days on the beach. The à la carte menu encompasses original Creole / Seychellois dishes and takes influence from all the countries surrounding the Islands such as Africa, India, Arabia and South East Asia.
In keeping with our desire to remain individual we offer an individual Chef Service. You choose the venue; be it on the beach, in the garden or on your own terrace. Intimacy, romance and blissful calm, go hand in hand with Dhevatara. There are plenty of ‘comfy’ nooks and stylish ‘crannies’ to sit and enjoy a more intimate meal. Whatever you desire; we are here to help you recreate the atmosphere you imagined.
